Sua777 Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for the Player

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or using any feature of the platform sua777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and sua777 ("Platform", "we"). To create an account at sua777 and participate in any form of game or betting, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or family member of a sua777 employee.

Sua777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CPF, RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the defined timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of the account until the matter is resolved.

Each Player may have one active account only at sua777. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent bonus limits, restrictions, or any other rule is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all identified accounts, with retention of balances and accumulated bonuses.

The Player is solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) strictly confidential.
• All activity on your account, including bets and withdrawals.

• Keep your registration details up to date — full name, phone number, CPF, and email.

• Credit card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the card issuer.
• In cases of pending KYC verification, the withdrawal may be held until the process is completed.

Sua777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, as part of its legal anti-money laundering obligations (Lei nº 9.613/1998).

• Pre-match bets: closed at the moment the event begins. Bets received after the official start of the event will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
• Live bets: placed during a live event, with odds updated in real time. sua777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Parlay bets: if an event in a parlay is cancelled, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated. The parlay bonus is only applied when all selections are confirmed as valid.
• Cancelled or postponed events: bets on cancelled events are fully refunded. Postponed events are treated as valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Odds errors: odds published with an evident technical error may be voided. The wagered amount is returned to the Player without penalty.
• The minimum bet per ticket is R$ 2.00.

The Live Casino and casino games at sua777 are provided by certified partners — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and others — whose RTPs are audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. • Exploiting bugs or technical flaws to gain an undue financial advantage.
• Payment fraud — undue chargebacks, fraudulent reversals, deposits using third-party cards.
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Using a VPN or any other means to mask your geographic location and bypass restrictions.
• Agreements between players to manipulate outcomes in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Harassment, offensive language, or abusive behavior in the live chat or support channels.

The Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sua777 customer support sua777. Prior to closure, any real balance available in the wallet will be processed via Pix to the registered key, subject to verification and withdrawal rules.

Sua777 may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious behavior.
• Self-exclusion request made by the Player.
• Determination by competent authorities or legal requirement.
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months.

In the event of closure due to a violation, bonus balances are forfeited. Real balances are held during the investigation period and returned if no irregularity is confirmed.

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable directly in your profile.
• Loss limit: maximum losses allowed within a given period.

• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, irreversible.

Sua777's total liability to any Player, under any circumstance, is limited to the real-money balance available in the Player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Sua777 will make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

The sua777 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players at least 7 days in advance by email and via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before they take effect, with your real-money balance refunded via Pix.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted, preferably, to amicable resolution through the customer support of sua777. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
